Step 2: Choose Your Package
Each booking has a £125 ‘Make it Happen’ fee.
This confirms your booking and covers correspondence, stock procurement, preparation, travel up to 15 miles, insurance, set-up, serving, pack down & cleaning up.
Minimum spends apply:
Less than 70 guests = £700 minimum spend
More than 70 guests = £10 per head minimum spend
Guests Pay
Our most popular and budget-friendly option where your guests pay for their own drinks. We take both cash or card.
If minimum spend isn’t met, an invoice will be raised for the outstanding amount. E.g. if £450 is spent for a 50 guest event, an invoice for £50 will be raised.
This is the package for you if you would like your guests to enjoy free-flowing drinks!
We would take your minimum spend as a deposit then invoice for any outstanding spend after your event.
Host Pays
Mixed Option
Put a set amount behind the bar or we can provide tokens for a set number of drinks.
E.g. 1 drink token per guest.
Once your limit has been met, we switch to a cash bar.
