Complete Bar Service
This is our most popular option for clients who want a hassle-free experience where we handle absolutely everything. We supply the bar, the experienced staff, the menu, stock, garnish, ice, and can coordinate your glassware.
It’s also our most budget-friendly option as you can choose for your guests to buy their own drinks, or to put a set amount behind the bar.
How does it Work?
First, choose your bar, then the payment package that suits you!
Each booking has a £175 ‘Make it Happen’ fee. This confirms your booking and includes:

Securing your chosen date

Bar hire for duration of your event

Broad menu including all the favourites, plus cocktails, mocktails & shots

Temporary Event Notice to allow the sale of alcohol

Experienced & friendly bartenders (aged 21+ and we never use agency staff)

Ability to decorate the bar how you wish or use our decor

100% recyclable glassware and biodegradable straws

Free drinking water on the bar

Card readers & fees

Travel up to 15 miles (Extended Delivery: £2 /mile)

Guests Pay
Our most popular and budget-friendly option where your guests pay for their own drinks. We take both cash or card.
Host Pays
This is the package for you if you would like your guests to enjoy an open bar.
Mixed Option
Put a set amount behind the bar, or we can provide tokens for a set number of drinks. E.g. 1 drink token per guest. Once your limit has been met, we switch to a cash bar.
Optional Add-Ons
Glassware
Most of our events are outdoor, and the majority of our customers prefer not to use glassware. If you’d like to include glassware – whether just at the start of service or throughout – we’d be more than happy to arrange this for you for an extra fee.
Tea & Coffee Station
We can offer our charming self-serve tea and coffee station, complete with cups, saucers and someone on hand to ensure the station remains tidy and topped up. Priced per head.
